nong-downloader-extension

A simple MegaHack v6 extension that helps you download NONG songs directly to GD.

Compiling.

Why would you want to compile?? I mean, if you do, this is how you do it I guess...

I explain how to edit it thoroughly within the doc comments. If you need extra help, message me on discord (alpha ary#0001). Just create a fork of the repo and compile it with: build --release

It doesn't use any specific libraries or anything so you should be fine.

Feel free to give me suggestions!

    Soo basically, i was using this to download the full version of fingerdash by mdk, it worked, but the song couldnt be used, the set as used song button didnt work (because for me, when the song is a nong, it shows the reload button, but when i click on it, it sets the song as used, because the reload button covers it.)

    Title says it all, but my NONG songs are going to %AppData% > Local > Geometry Dash instead of steamapps > common > Geometry Dash > resources when "Change Custom Songs Location" is turned on.

    HAS FFmpeg PACKAGED NOW (AND IT WORKS)!

    The purpose of this project is to download and convert to MP3's from different sites such as YouTube. It is essentially a quality of life program, as it just speeds up the process (arguably). It's pretty polished, I do have a couple more additions to make though.

    You can paste using ".pst" in the link textbox.

    The file is quite bigger now, as you don't need to have FFmpeg installer beforehand. I'll probably make 2 installers from now on, one with and one without FFmpeg.

    • [x] Very, very fast (8s per 5m song).
    • [x] Supports multiple streaming platforms.

    Problems

    • [ ] Doesn't have standard auto-download songs (like Fragile for Phoenix Rising).
