Overview

Discord Presence

⚠️ macOS is NOT supported. This is due the package for setting the presence being broken on mac.
It may work for some people (only when compiling manually. You can find how to do that here) but as far as I know it is broken.

Description

A cross-platform application for custom presence on Discord.

Installation

Download the newest release from the releases and run it. Thats it :D (On Linux you also have to make it executable by running chmod +x discord_presence-linux) Note: On Windows, Microsoft Defender may trigger. This is due this app being not signed (yet or ever) and it being very new.

Compiling from source

Requirements

Windows
  • rust (yes thats it)
Linux
  • rust
  • gtk3 (for file picker)
MacOS (Not Supported)

Compiling

On Windows open cmd and run build_win.bat
On Mac and Linux open terminal and run build_unix.sh
