Although kouko can run a clean job to delete torrents >= 31 minutes old, for "active" torrents the old peers are not cleaned.
Eg. if a peer announces on Torrent A at 2022-01-01T00:00:00Z , and then never again, after over 31 minutes they can be considered inactive. In such a scenario it makes sense to remove them from the sorted set to avoid wastage of redis resources.
