Turns out that the standard BufReader::new() uses a ridiculously small buffer size! This is an attempt to make sure things use reasonable buffer sizes and as few levels of buffering as possible.
As it turns out gzip files with multiple gzip blocks (e.g. bgzipped files) the current choice of flate2 decoding will only decode the first block as currently written in fgoxide.
Switching to MultiGzDecoder fixes this and will allow this to work on large bgzipped files.

This adds a really rudimentary chunking iterator struct. This can be helpful in dealing with bottlenecks when used in concert with e.g. a read ahead iterator.
